We can do more together is non-governmental organization dedicated to children and young people with disabilities and supports them and their parents to overcome the challenges in their day-to-day lives. Most of the work is centered around the social service, provided by the team – a daycare centre for rehabilitation and integration, called "Happy Together". The children are attending individual and group sessions, led by a certified speech therapist, psychologist, montessori- and art-therapist – thanks to the donors and using project funding, the activities are free of charge for the families. Recently, the center was also equipped with a sensory room, where two of the team’s certified therapists can help children overcome sensory integrative dysfunction – a common problem for over 90% of the children, attending the Centre. With the funds raised, we will be able to provide free-of-charge sensory integration sessions for 16 of our children on Saturdays.
